• SK was an existing roaster tenant in the building, however they occupied 150SF on the 3rd floor in an otherwise nondescript space, completely devoid of natural light.

• We worked with them to expand their operations in a meaningful way, by increasing their roasting operations and creating a coffee bar for them to serve patrons of the building.

• Located centrally in the building, the coffee shop becomes the heart of interactions. The shop doubles as an extension to the lobby, taking advantage of visitors, while providing a bright, vibrant welcome. Transparent shelves behind the bar peek into the roasting operations, showcasing the creators.

• The space has been welcomed by the patrons of the building and the surrounding community.

• With SK becoming ambassadors of the building, the space has created opportunities for leasing, engagement, collaborations, and other events.

• The space has hosted coffee cupping sessions, roasting tours, coffee/beer collaboration release parties, social meetups, cyclists layovers, yoga sessions, artist showcases, and even a fashion show.
